Only those who are Regular Members of the CFA Society Atlanta as of May 7, 2026, may vote.
Consideration and voting upon:
1. Election of six (6) Officers for 1-year term ending June 30, 2027;
2. One (1) Trustee, for 1-year term ending June 30, 2027;
3. One (1) Trustee, for 2-year term ending June 30, 2028;
4. Two (2) Trustees, each for 3-year term ending June 30, 2029;
5. Other such matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
