Jim Stueve serves as President of RidgeWorth Investments, a role he assumed in July 2010. In this role, he is responsible for the sales, marketing and client service efforts for the company, as well as all activities related to the RidgeWorth Funds. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director responsible for Sales and Distribution for RidgeWorth Investments.

Prior to joining RidgeWorth in 2007, Jim most recently served as executive vice president and director of Sales for A I M Distributors Inc. He received a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance and economics from Valparaiso University. He is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Investment Management Analyst. Jim has more than 25 years of financial services experience.

RidgeWorth Investments (“RidgeWorth”), an investment adviser registered with the SEC, also serves as a holding company that owns interests in six investment boutiques. RidgeWorth and its boutiques collectively manage approximately $46 billion assets under management. The RidgeWorth network provides investors a collection of institutional asset management boutiques, each with a well-defined, proven approach. Through the multiple, style-specific boutiques, RidgeWorth offers a wide range of equity, fixed income and asset allocation investment disciplines.

RidgeWorth is in the business of investment management while the boutiques are in the investment management business. The structure empowers the investment professionals to focus on what they do best - managing money for clients - while RidgeWorth relieves them of the distractions of the day to day business administration by providing the operational and financial support to the boutiques.  In varying degrees, RidgeWorth provides the following services to their network of investment managers: trading, compliance, technology, accounting, distribution and marketing. Collective strength and individual insight are the competitive advantages this structure offers.

Join us as Jim Stueve, President of RidgeWorth, explains the genesis of their boutique concept and how the organization implemented the boutique structure. Learn the benefits this structure can provide to investors, consultants and managers.
